You explain the information very well, so that people like me, who are not insurance savvy, can have a better understanding of what we are receiving in the way of our insurance needs, and you are very competitive in your pricing. Over the last 20 years I have used a couple of big name insurance companies, but there was never personal service where the person on the other end of the phone seemed to care. Nicole and Patrick have always made it personal. While going through a big life changing event, where I had to make changes to my policies, Nicole went the extra mile.
